Liquidation Resale is a U.S.-based wholesaler offering liquidation pallets and truckload inventory to individual buyers, businesses, and resellers across the United States.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• If purchasing for resale or commercial use, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

3. Pricing, Availability & Accuracy

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($USD).
• Advertised pricing includes Free Freight Shipping within the U.S.
• We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and descriptions. In the event of a significant listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Payments & Order Processing

• We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed and scheduled for shipment once payment has cleared.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

• Order submission does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.
• Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund.
• Once an order has shipped, cancellations are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

• All shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery.
• Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt/Bill of Lading before signing.

7. Product Condition & Warranties

• Merchandise is sold as described in each individual listing.
• Except where expressly stated in writing, products are sold as-is without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Customer rights under our 30-Day Return Policy remain fully applicable for qualifying issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquidation Resale’s total liability for any order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the revision date.
