Transparent guidelines regarding warranties, item conditions, and order protections at Liquidation Resale.

Important Notice for Buyers

Liquidation Resale sells customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, and wholesale inventory. While individual items carry no seller warranty, every order is protected by our 30-Day Claims Window for qualifying listing misrepresentations or freight damage.

1. Liquidation Inventory Sold As-Is

  • No Seller Warranty: All pallets, mystery boxes, and truckloads are sold As-Is. We do not offer extended warranties, repairs, or performance guarantees on individual items.
  • Condition Variability: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items are untested and unserviced. Lots may contain customer returns, overstock, used goods, open boxes, or items missing parts/accessories.
  • Pricing Reflects Condition: Discounted liquidation pricing accounts for the inherent condition variability of bulk inventory.

2. 30-Day Claims Window vs. Warranty

Our 30-day claims window covers order fulfillment issues rather than long-term product durability.

  • What Is Covered: Receiving an incorrect lot, severe listing misrepresentation, or freight damage properly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery.
  • What Is Not Covered: Individual returned items failing after delivery or normal condition variance expected in customer-return loads.

3. Manufacturer Warranties

  • New / Overstock Items: Original manufacturer warranties may still apply for factory-sealed items. These are serviced directly by the manufacturer; Liquidation Resale does not register or guarantee them.
  • Returns / Open-Box Goods: Assume no active manufacturer warranty exists for returned, used, or open-box merchandise.

4. Reseller Responsibilities

If you purchase merchandise for resale, any warranty or guarantee you offer to your end buyers is entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend inspecting, testing, and accurately describing items prior to resale.
