At Liquidation Resale, we provide Free Shipping on all pallet and truckload orders shipped within the United States. The price you see at checkout is the final delivered price there are no hidden fees, order minimums, or separate freight charges.

1. Delivery & Transit Times

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
• Shipping Window: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
• Total expected delivery time from order placement to arrival is generally 3–9 business days.

2. Shipping Coverage & Carriers

• We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
• Pallet shipments and truckloads are dispatched using reputable LTL freight or full-truckload carriers.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Freight & Curbside Delivery

• Standard freight delivery for pallets is curbside delivery.
• Drivers will bring the pallet to the curb or driveway. Unloading or moving pallets from the curb is the buyer's responsibility unless additional delivery services (such as liftgate service) have been arranged prior to shipping.
• Please ensure your delivery location can physically accommodate freight delivery trucks.

4. Inspection & Delivery Receipt

• Crucial Step: You must thoroughly inspect your pallet shipment upon arrival before signing the driver's delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Check for visible damage, crushed shrink wrap, broken pallets, or missing units.
• Take clear photos of any issues and note all visible damage or shortages directly on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing.
• If a pallet arrives severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Any additional re-delivery, storage, or address-correction fees resulting from incorrect or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the buyer.
