2. Cancellation Terms & Eligibility

• Before Shipment: Orders cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched will be cancelled immediately with a 100% full refund.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been processed, loaded, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. Once delivered, it will be subject to our standard 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund Processing

For all approved cancellations prior to shipment, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
